Red Deer RCMP say there was no malicious intent during the suspected child luring incident they reported earlier on Friday.
Police commend the children for responding appropriately to strangers and reporting this incident to school authorities.
RCMP are no longer investigating.

Red Deer RCMP are investigating a suspected incident of child luring on Friday.
Mounties say it happened at approximately 10:00 a.m. when a grey truck with two male occupants approached students on the playground at Holy Family School during morning recess.
The male passenger is said to have exited the vehicle and asked children if they wanted to get in the vehicle and if they had seen his chihuahuas.
When the children refused, it’s alleged the passenger returned to the vehicle and the driver drove to the corner of Douglas Avenue and Dustin Street, did a U-turn and drove past the playground again.
The driver is described as approximately 50-years-old, with a white beard, glasses and was last seen wearing a black jacket with a blue and white shirt underneath.
The passenger is described as approximately 50 to 60-years-old, balding and was last seen wearing a black pullover hoodie.
