May 11, 2018 | 4:44 PM

Cooler temperatures and light precipitation in recent days has led Lacombe County to lift its Fire Advisory.

County officials say however that Fire permits are still required for all outdoor fires, excluding fires used for cooking or warming purposes and burning barrels.

Elsewhere, Fire Bans still in place throughout central Alberta include the County of Stettler, Halkirk, Kneehill County, Mountain View County, Summer Village of Rochon Sands, Town of Castor, Village of Big Valley, Village of Donalda and Village of Gadsby.

Fire Restrictions are in place for the County of Wetaskiwin and Leduc County.
