Man dies in rollover near Calmar

A man is dead following a single vehicle rollover near Calmar. 

Leduc RCMP say the crash happened at around 4 p.m. Tuesday near Range Road 270 and Township Road 504.

According to police, a car was travelling down a hill when it lost control and hit a guard rail before rolling.

The 73-year-old male driver and lone occupant of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The man’s name is not being released.
