Caroline trio charged for stolen property
Three people from Caroline face charges after Mounties recovered stolen property from a residence in the village last week.
On Friday, Rocky Mountain House RCMP executed a search warrant at the residence and recovered a vehicle from Calgary, an Alberta license plate, stolen batteries from an oilfield company, a firearm, and copper wire.
Lindsay Battye, 34, Kyle Rowlinson, 33, and Jason Burns, 26, all of Caroline, have been charged with Possession of Property obtained by crime (over $5,000), Possession of Property obtained by crime (under $5,000) (X 2), Unlawful Possession of a Prohibited Firearm, Careless Storage of a Firearm (X 2) and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Rowlinson is also charged with Possession of a Firearm Contrary to an Order (X 2) and Breach of Recognizance (X 3).
