Register for Red Deer’s 4th annual Road to Recovery Walk

The fourth annual Road to Recovery Walk, hosted by the Red Deer Dream Centre, is coming up on Oct. 3.

It all goes down outside CrossRoads Church, with the goal being to beat last year’s fundraising total of $150,000.

Registration is free for the 3 km jaunt, and there will be a free pancake breakfast for every participant.

“The Road to Recovery Walk funds the day-to-day work at the Centre—beds, meals, and the support that helps men rebuild their lives. It has also become the one day each year when our whole community can come together and say recovery is possible, and we are with you,” says Peter Davyduck, marketing and fund development.
