City of Lacombe expands downtown parking capacity

The City of Lacombe has increased parking capacity in the downtown.

This week, the city explained that it secured additional leased parking through the provincial government located at 5039 51st Street.

This provides residents and members of the public with more all-day and short-term parking spaces than were previously available downtown.

“Ensuring people can easily access downtown is a priority for council,” said Mayor Thalia Hibbs. “By securing additional parking, we’re able to support residents, local businesses, and visitors while making it easier to enjoy everything downtown has to offer.”
