Drop-in sports programs begin April 1 at Ponoka Arena

Town of Ponoka PSA — It’s time to dust off your racquets, dig out your spring and summer sports gear and get ready to head to the Ponoka Arena Complex! Drop-in sports programming returns to the Arena on Wednesday, April 1.

To view a listing of sports programming options and the drop-in schedule, please visit the Town of Ponoka website at Ponoka.ca/p/drop-in-programming.

Paper copies of the schedule are also available at the Ponoka Arena Complex. Equipment will be available for use; however, individuals can also use their own equipment. All ages can participate.

Children under the age of eight will require direct supervision from a person 16 years of age or older.

Recreation Passes Available

To access the drop-in programming, citizens can purchase a single-use pass at the Arena, a 20-visit punch pass for the Arena or a Recreation Pass which gives users access to all drop-in programming at the Arena and the Ponoka Aquaplex (including swimming, water fitness classes and racquetball).
