Update: Nanaimo RCMP say Kyle Soloway was arrested in Red Deer on Dec. 15.

A man whose last known address is in Nanaimo, B.C. is wanted for alleged sexual offences which occurred in Red Deer, Alberta in 2023, as well as offences in British Columbia.

Nanaimo RCMP say they’re asking for the public’s help to locate 33-year-old Kyle Soloway.

According to Nanaimo RCMP:

“Soloway is arrestable for sexual offences that were allegedly committed in Alberta. Soloway is arrestable for warrants in Alberta as a result of the Alberta Prosecution Service extending the radius of their warrants. The Alberta warrants allegedly occurred in Red Deer in 2023, and are for sexual assault, sexual contact with a child, and fail to comply with a release order. The British Columbia warrant occurred in Nanaimo on August 20, 2025, where it is alleged Soloway failed to comply with a court order.”

Mounties say Soloway was last known to be staying at Nanaimo’s Salvation Army New Hope Centre as of August 2025.

He is described as a Caucasian male, 6-foot-1, and 180 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a tribal tattoo on his upper right arm, a cross tattoo on his left hand, and Chinese writing on his upper left arm.
