MicroSociety to host live community market day and showcase program

The Aspen Heights MicroSociety is excited to invite the public to its Community Partner Day, an opportunity to see all the hard work the students have doing.

From 12:30-3 p.m. on Apr. 16, community members can enjoy a grilled cheese lunch, catered by a student-run restaurant, followed by a presentation about the MicroSociety program, then finish the afternoon by shopping the students’ live market.

Participants will receive 40 stingers (the program’s currency) to shop the market.

The event takes place at Aspen Heights Elementary School (5869 69 Street Drive) and attendees can RSVP online.
