Applications now open for Red Deer Arts Council Awards & Scholarships

The Red Deer Arts Council announced on Tuesday that they’ve officially opened applications for their 2025 Scholarships and Awards.

Submissions are now being accepted and application forms can be picked up at the office or downloaded off their website.

They’re looking for recipients for the following awards and scholarships:

• Princess Margaret Scholarship for Post-Secondary students
• Centennial Scholarships – both for Secondary & Post-Secondary students
• Waskasoo Bluegrass Music Scholarship for Secondary students
• RDC Music Society Scholarship for Post-Secondary students
• Artwalk Developing Visual Artist Award for practicing artists
• Emerging Artist Award for practicing artists
• The Diane Hermary Volunteer Spirit Award, via Nomination Process
