Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre unveils updated brand

Feb 5, 2025 | 3:58 PM

The Central Alberta Pregnancy Care Centre (CAPCC) has announced a refreshed brand identity, that it says showcases its continued dedication to providing compassionate care and support for individuals and families.

The updated branding, which officials say features a modern and hopeful colour palette, maintains the core mission, vision, and values that have guided CAPCC’s work since its inception.

“Colours are powerful communication tools—they influence our thinking, inspire decisions, and evoke emotional connections,” said Lisa Smith, Executive Director of CAPCC, in a press release.

“Our new logo and brand colours reflect our values. Orange expresses warmth, joy, and emotional strength, making our clients feel welcomed and supported. Cherry red conveys courage, determination, and love—qualities we see in our clients every day as they take brave steps toward positive change. And yellow represents sunshine, happiness, and optimism, reminding our clients they are treated with dignity and encouraged to embrace hope for their future.”

Officials say the rebrand reflects CAPCC’s commitment to staying current and approachable while remaining deeply rooted in its mission to empower and support individuals facing unexpected pregnancies or related challenges.

CAPCC says it is thrilled to unveil a brand-new website generously donated by Cinch Communications Inc as part of the rebranding initiative. A long-standing marketing partner, Cinch has been described as an integral part of CAPCC’s journey for over seven years, providing creative and strategic support that has helped amplify the Centre’s message throughout the community.

“Cinch has been with us from very early on, and their contribution to our rebranding project speaks volumes about the strength of this partnership,” said Smith. “Their generosity in donating our new website reflects their belief in our mission and their ongoing commitment to supporting the community.”

Officials say this collaboration holds special significance as CAPCC was Cinch’s first account, pivotal in the company’s early growth in the Red Deer market.

“We are deeply grateful for the trust CAPCC placed in us all those years ago,” added Lindsey Loring, Owner and Creative Director at Cinch Communications. “It has been an honour to partner with such a vital organization, and we’re proud to continue supporting their impactful work through this rebrand.”

The refreshed brand and new website is expected to further enhance CAPCC’s ability to connect with the community, raise awareness, and provide resources to those in need.
