Speed skating open house Sept. 10 at Dawe Centre

Red Deer Lions Speed Skating is hosting a national open house this weekend.

On Sept. 10, skaters of all ages are invited to try speed skating for free, and it doesn’t matter what your ability level is.

The open house runs 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the G.H. Dawe Arena (6175 67 Street).

If attending, bring a helmet and gloves, and wear clothes which cover your legs and arms. Shorts and t-shirts are not allowed.
