Cavalry FC Preseason Tour to stop near Red Deer

Calgary-based professional soccer team Cavalry FC is inviting members of the central Alberta soccer community to attend the club’s Preseason Tour near Red Deer this month.

The tour stop takes place Feb. 25 and 26, at The Dome in Red Deer County, with all players from the squad to be in attendance, along with Cavalry FC Head Coach and General Manager, Tommy Wheeldon Jr.

Team officials say the club will be hosting a training session open to spectators, a Meet and Greet with Cavalry FC players, and an Interim Match among the squad.

In addition to the training camp and meet and greet opportunities, the club will also be running a Kids Clinic for ages 8-15 with skills and drills.
