The City of Red Deer’s customer service survey is being extended until Friday, December 16.

City officials say they are looking for resident feedback on their experiences interacting with The City and they want to know what they are doing well, what they are not, and where they can improve.

Resident feedback is anticipated to help The City serve Red Deerians better, by informing how The City delivers customer service in the future.
