Provincial survey looking for feedback from new home buyers

The Alberta government wants feedback from new home buyers and builders on the province’s policies and protection for new home buyers.

Minister of Municipal Affairs, Rebecca Schulz said in a news release; “Our goal is to protect the investments of hard-working Albertans by ensuring homes being built are meeting safety and quality standards.”

The information collected from the survey will be used to better understand how protection policies and programs are serving new homebuyers.

Schulz said in the same news release; “Buying a new home is often the biggest purchase Albertans will make and they should have confidence in the quality of houses they are buying.”
