Temporary closure of the Prentiss Road north of Highway 597 on Tuesday

The Prentiss Road, north of Highway 597, will be closed during the day on Tuesday, according to Lacombe County.

County officials said they were notified by CN Rail that the road closure is scheduled for October 25, beginning at approximately 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., in order to conduct repairs.

Traffic will be detoured along local roads during the closure. The County is advising drivers to watch for signs indicating the detour routes and drive with caution in this area.
