Stay of proceedings for one of three men accused in Bowden institution drug bust
There has been a stay of proceedings for one of three individuals charged in a year-and-a-half long drug investigation at the Bowden Institution.
Legal proceedings have been paused indefinitely for Raymond Foss, 33, of Slave Lake, AB. Foss was facing two counts of trafficking a controlled substance, one count of distribute cannabis in amount, and one count of trespassing at night.
