Online sessions to help residents sleep better

Local residents are invited to learn effective strategies to improve day-to-day health by attending an Alberta Health Services (AHS) healthy lifestyle program online.

Sleep Well is led by AHS health professionals who share their expertise and guide interactive online group sessions. This class will teach you tips to sleep better, help you discover reasons why you may have trouble falling asleep and discuss the important link between quality sleep and good health.

The session is an online version of AHS’ Sleep Well workshops, which are offered regularly in communities across Central Zone.
