Estimated $117 million in total LOTTO MAX prizes Tuesday

The Western Canada Lottery Corporation says the estimated jackpot for the Tuesday, June 8 LOTTO MAX draw is $70 million.

There will also be an estimated 47 MAXMILLIONS prizes of $1 million each – that’s a record-breaking $117 million in total prizes.

A $70 million jackpot would beat out the next biggest jackpot ever awarded in the WCLC region (which includes the three Prairie Provinces and the North) by $5 million. Previous record jackpots include:

• AB: $65M – Oct 2019 (Calgary)
• SK: $60M – Aug 2016 (Neville)
• MB: $60M – January 2021 (Winnipeg)
• NT: $55M – June 2020 (Yellowknife)
• YT: $25M – November 2013 (Faro)

Lottery players can buy their tickets until 8:30 pm MT on the evening of the draw at Lotto Spot retailers throughout the region.
