A new exhibit at the Red Deer Arts Council’s Kiwanis Gallery is spotlighting the works of graduating students from Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School and Hunting Hills High School.

The showcase runs June 2 to 30 and is entitled Hang-ups and Insights: The 13th Annual IB and AP Art Show.

Students featured are in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Art and Advanced Placement (AP) programs.

“Every year there are new things to see and experience through this show,” a release says. “From installation art to ceramics to prints and drawings and beyond, this exhibit showcases the young people who will be the next generation of talented artists. Explore their work with them.”
