Onoway winner brings home $100,000 EXTRA

Like a lot of us might be, Onoway’s Norman Boutin was surprised to discover he was $100,000 richer.

“I was shocked for a couple of hours after finding out,” he laughed.

Boutin took home his windfall by matching the last six digits of the EXTRA on his LOTTO MAX ticket for the December 20th draw last year. Boutin, who picked up his ticket a couple of days before the draw at the South Park Husky at 4306 South Park Drive in Stony Plain, was finally able to claim his prize earlier this month.

Boutin says he’ll be putting most of the money toward home renovations.

“And maybe a new hot tub,” he mused.
