Alberta surpasses 7,000 recoveries from COVID-19
The province hit a significant milestone on Sunday, surpassing 7,000 recoveries from the novel coronavirus.
The total is 7,018, an increase of 22 from Saturday.
Meantime, there were 31 new cases confirmed as the province has now completed 389,405 tests. A total of 345,952 Albertans have been tested as of Sunday.
There is more good news as no new deaths were recorded, and there have been none to report since June 15. The provincial death toll sits at 152.
