Child Advocacy Centre to host inaugural Courage Luncheon and Book Launch

Oct 29, 2019 | 3:05 PM

Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre is pleased to announce its very first Courage Luncheon, featuring author and behavioral scientist Dr. Peter Gregg.

For the inaugural Courage Luncheon, the CACAC is featuring a survivor’s story of childhood sexual abuse, his perseverance to overcome adversity and how he turned his life around – all from the unique perspective of a behavioral scientist.

We invite you to join us Tuesday, December 3rd at the Holiday Inn Gasoline Alley for an afternoon of bravery + courage, as Dr. Peter Gregg releases the book he wishes he had along the way – a new tool for healing for fellow survivors.

Tickets: $55

  • Each guest of the Courage Luncheon will receive their own copy of the book: Lost Boy Found
  • All proceeds from additional book sales at the Luncheon will be generously donated to the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre, thanks to Dr. Gregg.
  • Proceeds raised from the Luncheon will be in support of the CACAC.

Doors Open at 11:00 am – Program to Commence at 11:45 am
