Ten arrested in Rocky Mountain House drug trafficking bust

Ten people face a total of 26 charges following a drug trafficking bust by Rocky Mountain House RCMP.

The arrests come after a two-month investigation in August and September in conjunction with the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team (ALERT).

The list of people charged includes:

– Wyatt Gordon (28) – Trafficking Cocaine

– Tara Caissie (24) -Trafficking Cocaine (x2) and Fail to comply with Recognizance (x3)

– Jordan Ross-Achtemichuk (25) – Trafficking Methamphetamine

– Cole Leslie (23) -Trafficking Fentanyl (x2)

– Curtis Thompson (36) – Trafficking Methamphetamine (x2), Trafficking Cocaine, Trafficking MDMA, Possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, Fail to comply with Recognizance, Possession of stolen property

– Jarryd Brick (28) -Trafficking Fentanyl and Trafficking methamphetamine

– Richard Locke (44) – Trafficking Cocaine (x2)

– Kayle Streatch (20) – Trafficking Cocaine (x2)

– Jonah Smigle (20) – Trafficking LSD and Trafficking Psilocybin (x2)

– Christopher Clark (33) – Trafficking Cocaine

Thompson and Brick were remanded into custody. Caissie was released on $250 cash bail while others were released on no-cash bail.
