55 Street closed at 45 Avenue next week

55 Street will close at 45 Avenue for one week starting Monday, August 26 for construction.

The closure will remain in place until Friday, August 30 while water and sewer pipes are installed to replace aging infrastructure. Detours will be posted for drivers while road closures are in place.

Drivers are reminded to slow down when driving in construction zones and obey all signs, and pedestrians are reminded to cross only at designated crosswalks.
