Coaldale man charged with child sex offences testifies that he has brain damage

LETHBRIDGE- A southern Alberta man accused of sexually abusing teen girls says he has brain damage and his main income is from a government program for the severely handicapped.

Trevor Pritchard of Coaldale faces charges of sexual assault, child luring and possession of child pornography.

Testifying in his own defence, Pritchard told Court of Queens Bench in Lethbridge that he did not have sex with one of his alleged victims.

Under cross-examination by the Crown, he also testified that there were no images of his alleged victims on his cellphones.
