Building permit values slow in May
RED DEER- Building permits slowed down in May and dropped from an estimated $15 million in May 2017 to $9 million last month.
Year-to-date building permits continue to rise in value over 2017 for the first five months of the year in Red Deer.
So far this year, total permits have been valued at $91.4 million compared to $49.1 million last year at this time.
Industrial permits took a strong leap over last year’s values, with residential and commercial values lagging behind.
