Correctional Service Canada says an inmate at Drumheller Institution has died.
Gary Richard Walker died on May 10 from apparent natural causes following an illness.
He was 72 and serving a three year sentence for Fraud since Dec. 8, 2016.
Walker pleaded guilty in Sept. 2016 to five counts of fraud, including where he took aim at a 57-year-old disabled woman in Wetaskiwin, and several others in the Calgary and Edmonton areas.
His death is the third of an inmate at Drumheller since mid-February.
