Red Deer County 2017 Property Assessment Notices mailed out

RED DEER COUNTY- Property Assessment Notices for 2017 were mailed out by Red Deer County on February 9.

The 2018 Tax Notice will be sent out in May.

County officials would like property owners to ensure their mailing address is correct.

The The Municipal Government Act states that the assessed person is responsible for notifying the municipality of the correct address to which assessment notices are mailed.

To update your mailing address complete the address change form at www.rdcounty.ca, or call the Assessment Department at 403-350-2166 or email info@rdcounty.ca.

Those are interested in joining the monthly Tax Installment Plan can contact the Red Deer County office prior to March 15, at 403-350-2150 to enroll.
