The victim of the road rage incident took to Facebook to share his side of the story as a warning for others.

In his video, Jemark Brady says the incident started when “A gentleman cut me off. It was down in Lower Fairview, when a person in front of me turned left, this gentleman thought that he could pull out in front of me, [that] he had enough time.”

Brady said the person did not have enough time and forced him to slam on his brakes and honk his horn. After driving through the plume of smoke left by the truck, he saw the other vehicle had slowed down and was telling him to pull over on the next street “like he was going to apologize.”

After pulling his vehicle over, Brady says he made an error in exiting his vehicle. The truck didn’t pull over but instead turned around and pulled beside Brady yelling expletives at him.

“He got about, well it was only about three feet, ahead of me when he pulls out a gun, his right hand comes out, he pulls a gun just barely pulls it out of the window and shoots right at me,” Brady explained.

The bullet hit the vehicle Brady was driving at the time. Thankfully, he was not injured.

The warning from Brady to other drivers is to not get out of your vehicle and to try to refrain from road rage or involvement in road rage incidents.

“That was a close call… so stay in your vehicles guys, try not to get angry while driving. I gotta work on that myself but yeah, last night I came three inches from dying.”
