Thurber celebrates Grad 2017

Putting a tumultous couple of weeks behind them, students and staff at Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School will be in a celebratory mood today.

Graduation ceremonies for 335 Grade 12 students get underway at 10 a.m. at the Enmax Centrium. 

Evening festivities starting at 6:30 p.m. will include the Grand March followed by dinner, banquet and speeches, and a short dance.

Thurber held its annul graduation pancake breakfast at Festival Hall.

Eric Schultz is this year’s class Valedictorian.
