Lacombe Police investigating break and enter, theft

Lacombe Police Service is investigating a break and enter and theft at a local business last month.

On June 22, 2026 at 3:45 a.m., LPS says unknown culprits broke into Lacombe Comet Welding Ltd.

Police say two unidentified suspects were observed entering the parking lot by foot. Entry was gained to the business by cutting the gate lock and entering the chain link storage yard.

The black colour truck attended the location, picked up the suspects and property. Stolen property included copper welding cables cut from welding machines, three pales of miscellaneous copper items and random lengths of steel cable.
