Rebels offence comes alive in 7-4 win over Wheat Kings
The Red Deer Rebels were firing on all cylinders, and it showed.
On Tuesday, six different goal scorers found the back of the net for the Rebels in a 7-4 victory in Brandon, Man., against the Wheat Kings.
Rookie forward Landon MacSwain led the way with four points (1G, 3A), and netminder Peyton Shore made 37 saves.
The Wheat Kings got on the scoreboard first at the midway point of the opening period, scored by Joby Baumuller, who knocked in the loose puck during a scramble in front of the net.
