Municipal election forum at Red Deer’s Festival Hall Tuesday night

The first of two final municipal election forums taking place in Red Deer this week happens Tuesday evening at Festival Hall.

The Oct. 14, 2025, event runs from 7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. and is being hosted by the Urban Indigenous Voices Society.

It’s a chance for attendees to ask questions and have dialogue with both mayoral and councilor candidates in the upcoming municipal election on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025.

A final municipal election forum in Red Deer will take place Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., at the downtown branch of the Red Deer Public Library. It’s a forum for city councilor candidates and is being hosted by the ED Network.

Social profit and non-profit agencies are expected to be a central focus of discussion.
