City of Red Deer encouraging residents to use MyCity during Canada Post strike
With a national Canada Post strike currently underway, The City of Red Deer says it is taking steps to ensure residents can continue accessing essential information and services without interruption.
Officials say MyCity, the city’s online customer portal, is the best way for residents to view and manage utility billing, property tax, business and dog licences, and permit information. Residents are strongly encouraged to create a MyCity profile at reddeer.ca/MyCity for 24/7 access to account details.
“We are committed to maintaining uninterrupted service during the postal disruption,” said Jennifer Thomas, Information Management Services Supervisor. “MyCity offers secure, convenient access to a wide range of city services, and we’re here to help residents get set up.”
