Heat warning issued for Red Deer
A heat warning has been issued for the Red Deer area, and many other parts of the province.
According to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), the region will experience daytime high temperatures near 30 degrees Celsius with overnight low temperatures ranging between 14 to 18 degrees Celsius, for the rest of this week.
The heat warnings will end this weekend as daytime high temperatures return to the mid twenty degree Celsius range.
