Innisfail Eagles announce annual Blades & Birdies Golf Tournament fundraiser

The Innisfail Eagles men’s hockey team is set to host the first annual Blades & Birdies Golf Tournament.

The tournament will be a fundraiser for the club’s operations, player development, travel and other costs, with the team having recently won the 2025 NCHL Vanberg Cup.

The event goes July 10 at Innisfail Golf Club.

“This tournament is about more than just golf—it’s about building a strong future for our team while bringing the community together,” says Eagles President Randy Graham. “Whether you’re an Eagles supporter or just love a good day on the course, we invite you to join us.”

Play will be 18 holes, Texas Scramble format.

Registration is $150 per golfer, and includes golf, shared cart, and a delicious post-game meal. Participants can also look forward to on-course contests, great prizes, a silent auction, and a chance to support the team in style.
