Sylvan Lake wants input on Community Social Master Plan

Town of Sylvan Lake PSA — We are updating our 2016 Community Social Master Plan and want Lakers to participate.

The new plan will help us meet the needs and wants of the community for events and programming opportunities. The plan will also help us to apply for provincial and federal grants.

How to Participate

Focus Groups: Join us for one or for all four focus groups. Community members help create a strategy to improve community well-being and address social issues. Call to register for one or all focus groups: 403 887 1137

• May 8, 2025: Complete
• May 14, 2025 (9:00 AM – Noon): Safety and Engagement
• May 15, 2025 (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Health and Wellness
• May 26, 2025 (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Transportation
• Location for all groups: NexSouce Centre, 4823 49 Avenue, Strategis multi-purpose rooms 1 and 2
• Can’t make the in-person focus groups? We have a survey for each focus group topic. Take one or all of the surveys before June 30, 11:59 PM
