New family physician working in Red Deer

Red Deer has a new family physician working in the area, practicing out of the Ebenezer Medical and Walk-in Clinic.

Dr. Piriye Caleb will also be providing long term care and child and adolescent mental health support. Individuals in need of a family doctor can call 403-346-1533 or go online to arrange a meet and greet appointment.

This brings the number of physicians operating out of the Ebenezer Medical and Walk-in Clinic to 12, according to Alberta Health Services.

Dr. Caleb received her medical education in India and Nigeria. She practiced in Lloydminster before coming to Red Deer.

“Red Deer’s great location and beautiful scenery were what interested me in coming to the city,” shared Caleb.
