Rail crossing repairs to prompt detour in Lacombe County

Lacombe County would like to notify residents of upcoming railway crossing construction that will impact routes this Friday.

On March 14, CP Rail will be conducting emergency repairs on Range Road 26-4 (34 Street) at Highway 2A.

Work is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., during which detours will be in effect.

Drivers are asked to use caution in the area and obey posted signage.
