Alberta RCMP offer traffic safety tips for fall
As the leaves change and temperatures drop, Alberta RCMP would like to remind drivers of some traffic safety tips to consider this fall season.
Shorter days can mean reduced visibility, and both drivers and pedestrians are urged to use greater caution when commuting.
“Daylight hours change quickly this time of year, and many of us are travelling during dimly lit hours,” says Sgt. Darrin Turnbull, Alberta RCMP Traffic. “It’s important for both drivers and pedestrians to practice extra caution when using roadways to ensure everyone’s safety.”
