Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra showcases new program, “Mountain Music”

The Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra (CACO) invites residents to its season opening shows, a showcase of “Mountain Music” taking place later this month.

On October 20, CACO will perform their season program at St. Andrew’s United Church in Lacombe from 2-4 p.m.

On October 27, the group will perform at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Red Deer from 4-6 p.m.

Both performances are expected to feature Louise McMurray playing both solo and made-for-orchestra alphorn pieces.

For both events, tickets are $30 for adults, $20 for seniors 65 and up, $10 for students ages 12 and up, and free for youth under 12 (not including minimal Eventbrite fees).
