Outreach Centre launches Virtual Lip Sync Battle ahead of annual fundraiser
The Outreach Centre, an agency that supports women affected by family violence, is holding its first Virtual Lip Sync Battle, an online version of its December Live Lip Sync Battle.
Leading up to the live event, which raised $200,000 last year, the Virtual Lip Sync battle improves accessibility, giving those who aren’t quite ready to take the in-person stage.
Participants, as individuals or groups, can submit their best 90-second lip sync videos for a chance to be featured in a professionally produced music video. The grand prize winner will get a featured spot in one of the Live Lip Sync Battle Shows and a VIP table at the event.
The submission deadline is September 30, and videos can be submitted here. The Red Deer community will vote for its favourite performance and decide the winner.
