The non-profit Dress for Success Central Alberta has received a donation of $21,874 from 360 Fitness & Personal Training as a part of its eleven-year-old, annual charity tradition.

“We wanted to pick a charity that was very hands on in helping local people. Knowing that our money was going to women in Red Deer that needed maybe a bit of a kick start was huge to us. These women deserve a chance to really succeed and knowing we could help was an easy decision on our end,” says Brooke Einarson-Schaab, vice president of operations and owner at 360 Fitness.

Dress for Success Central Alberta empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a support network, professional attire, and development tools to help both in work and life. The organization provides Red Deer and surrounding area residents with career coaching, resume assistance, and interview preparation.

“Dress for Success Central Alberta will help 400 local women in 2024, a 330 per cent increase in client service since 2022, through our leadership, career services, community outreach and dressing programs. We couldn’t serve our community without the ongoing support from local businesses like 360 Fitness,” says Erin Forbes, executive director of Dress for Success Central Alberta.
