Red Deer’s 360 Fitness helped to raise $81,520 for local charities through their Trainer Revenge fundraiser.

The fitness provider and personal training gyms in Red Deer (5301 43 St.) and Sherwood Park held the event last week at their locations to support the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Center and Little Warriors, charities in their respective communities which focus on helping abused and neglected children.

Officials say the fitness community came together to donate and watch their coaches work out for “revenge”.

They state $60,460 will be donated to Little Warriors and $21,060 will be contributed to the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Center.

“360 Fitness wishes to express profound gratitude to its team, members, community, and sponsors for their participation and generosity,” said officials in a release.

They say the event highlighted the power of community and the shared vision of spreading wellness and support to those in need.

“It’s incredible to see our community come together to support these amazing causes,” said Jack Wheeler, Chief Executive Officer at 360 Fitness. “We are thrilled with the outpouring of support from our team and community. We know these funds are much needed and will go to support our kids that need it most. We want to do our part to build a stronger community.”

360 Fitness says they are committed to continuing their efforts to foster community wellbeing. They have hosted the Trainer Revenge event, alongside Client Awards Galas, annually for over 10 years and have collectively raised over $400,000 for local charities and initiatives since.
