‘Notorious individual’ arrested after downtown Red Deer tire-slashing

That person was arrested and charges are pending. As of Thursday, RCMP say, the charges have not yet been sworn, therefore the name cannot be released. But RCMP wanted to get the word out in the interest of encouraging people to report suspicious activity.

Red Deer RCMP urge residents and business owners to pick up the phone, call police and report incidents such as this. If you witness an event or suspicious activity taking place, do not wait for someone else to make the phone call.

The name of the accused will be shared when it becomes available.
