Red Deerians invited to influence changes to the Land Use Bylaw
Red Deerians are invited over the month of June to share their ideas and perspectives on the city’s Land Use Bylaw through a public participation process.
The Bylaw establishes rules and regulations for land development as well as the process of making decisions for development permit applications within the city.
City officials say the primary intent of the project is to review the fundamentals and regulations of the Land Use Bylaw, endeavoring to increase flexibility and adaptability by reducing regulations where they are not necessary.
