48-year-old man missing from Clearwater County since early February, say RCMP

Rocky Mountain House RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 48-year-old Todd James Elliott.

Elliott was last seen on Feb. 9, 2023, in Clearwater County. Todd’s family is concerned about his wellbeing.

Todd Elliott is described as:

• Male
• Light complexion
• 5’10” tall
• 154 lbs
• Brown hair
• Brown eyes
