Firefighters Charity taking donations for tree pick up

The Red Deer Firefighters Children’s Charity is once again asking for your Christmas trees.

This the organization’s longest running charity initiative, and it raised $3,700 last year with a new online appointment and donation system.

Money goes toward future initiatives providing all children of Red Deer equal access to learn and play.

Tree pick up takes place Jan. 13.
