Traffic disruptions in Red Deer along 49 St

The City of Red Deer is advising drivers of upcoming lane closures along 49 St. near 50A St. this week.

Between Wednesday, October 5 and Saturday, October 8, officials say the right lane will be closed to drivers as crews work on stormwater infrastructure in the area.

Signs will be in place and drivers are reminded to slow down and obey all signs when driving in construction zones.

The work is deemed weather dependent and schedules may, therefore, be subject to change.
